How do I get rid of duplicate clients?
- Bring up the appropriate client card.
- Then click the merge icon.
- You will then select the client card you wish to merge.
- It will give you the opportunity to select which information on each card you will keep.
Merging client cards can not be undone. You must be sure before you merge as this will merge the buying history of the client cards as well.
