How can I restrict new clients from booking online?

Please go to Setup > General > Online and check the box “New Registrations require approval to book.”

Your new clients will be able to register online, but will need to call you to book an appointment. 

This checks the box on a client card “Do Not Book” and the reason is “Online.” You must go to the client card and remove that alert in order to book an appointment in-house.
